Cardiovascular
Cardio is short for cardiovascular exercise. To avoid getting cardiovascular disease is to don't/stop smoking. Do cardiovascular exercises such as running, bicycling, walking, etc. You have to exercise for at least 20 minutes. It is important to work out your heart to avoid getting heart problems as you age.
During summer vacation you should swim, run, bicycling. To not get bored do it with friends or family. It's not only fun but it helps you prevent cardiovascular disease and make you look better. You can live a healthier life style by switching to pure organic foods. Exercise regularly. Get whole wheat bread instead of white. Get the healthier typeof food. Try to drink only water not soda.
